Yes. You can request a structured walkthrough session with a member of our team, during which we demonstrate live strategy deployment and risk-control configuration in a sandbox environment connected to delayed market data. There is no obligation attached to the demo session.
Which brokers does the terminal connect to?
Holloway House currently supports connectivity to brokers that expose a standard REST or FIX API, including the major EU-regulated retail and prime brokers. We publish a compatibility list in the documentation and update it when new integrations are certified. If your broker is not listed, contact our team to discuss a custom integration.
Is my trading data stored on EU infrastructure?
Yes. All data processed by the terminal — including order history, portfolio snapshots, and backtest results — is stored on servers located within the EU, in compliance with GDPR requirements applicable in Slovenia and across the European Economic Area.
What happens to my running strategies if I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Upgrading is seamless — new capabilities become available immediately after payment is confirmed. When downgrading, strategies that exceed the lower plan's limits are paused automatically; you choose which ones to keep active within the new limit before confirming the downgrade.
Does the platform guarantee trading profits or a specific return?
No, and any platform that makes such a claim should be treated with scepticism. Holloway House automates the execution of strategies you define and enforces the risk controls you configure. Trading outcomes depend on the quality of your strategy and prevailing market conditions — factors that are beyond the platform's control.
